Trade-in Rebate may not be combined with Institutional, Government, or National Account pricing unless otherwise specified. Trade-in rebates are available on new instrument purchases only. After purchase, visit the Trade-In Redemption Form to submit customer information for the trade-in rebate. Then follow instructions to submit distributor invoice. Invoice must include complete customer name and address information to where trade-in rebate check is to be mailed. Do not include trade-in credit on dealer invoice. An RMA and FedEx Return Label will be issued to return the trade-in instrument to Reichert. Upon receipt of the instrument to be traded in, the trade-in rebate check will be mailed to the end user within 6-8 weeks.
FORM SUBMISSION DATE:
To qualify for the trade-in rebate, both the trade-in rebate information and the customer invoice must be submitted within 30 days after the promotional period ends or within 60 days of receiving the new device.
DEVICE SUBMISSION DATE:
Trade-in devices must be received within 60 days of the RMA date.
